Return Policy

Dana Herbert guarantees all products against manufacturing and material defects. If your product has a defect you may return it for credit in the same form as paid for within 15 days of receiving it. Please call 503-281-1231 for a return authorization number or email to info@danaherbert.com.

Shipping

Orders are shipped through UPS within 3-5 business days of receipt. Back orders are shipped with no additional charge.
