- You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- If an item is defective, please contact us for a return label.
- To be eligible for a return your item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item needs to have the receipt, packing slip or other proof of purchase.
- Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to innate your return. Please include your:
- Order Number
- Reason for return - your feedback helps us make our products better.
- Note return or exchange. If exchange, let us know what you would like in exchange. We can also issue you a gift certificate for the price of the item so you can make your purchase at a later date.
- Once Approved, you are responsible for mailing back your item unless the item is defective. You may use USPS, UPS or FedEx. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item shows any sign of wear or damage.

- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and issue a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
- Please allow 10-14 days for credit to be processed. Please note it may take 1-2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and mail you the product you would like to exchange.
